These aren't just pretty pictures - each project here represents months of collaboration, problem-solving, and honestly, a few late nights with cold coffee. We're proud of what we've built alongside our clients.

Turning a dated waterfront property into something special wasn't easy - the client wanted maximum views without sacrificing energy efficiency. We ended up designing this split-level beauty with triple-glazed floor-to-ceiling windows and a green roof that's basically become a garden party spot.

A former industrial warehouse that needed to house three startups without feeling like a sterile office park. We kept the exposed brick and original timber beams, then added these modular glass pods for meeting spaces. Natural light floods in through new skylights we cut into the roof - game changer.

Four narrow lots, strict heritage guidelines, and neighbors who weren't thrilled about new construction. We designed these stacked units to respect the streetscape while sneaking in rooftop terraces and geothermal heating.

This 1890s Victorian was literally falling apart when we got the call. Spent weeks just documenting original details before touching anything. We restored the brick facade, rebuilt the cornice work, and somehow managed to fit modern HVAC without destroying the interior plasterwork. The heritage board actually thanked us, which doesn't happen often.

Client wanted a Net Zero building that didn't look like a science experiment. We went with cross-laminated timber for the main structure - yeah, it's wood, and yeah, it's fireproof. Solar array on the roof, rainwater harvesting, and these vertical gardens that actually help with cooling costs.

Public spaces are tricky - gotta make everyone happy. We created these flexible zones that work for markets, concerts, or just people hanging out. Added way more seating than the city wanted, but we pushed back because who doesn't need a place to sit?

Off-grid doesn't mean roughing it. This lakeside getaway runs entirely on solar with battery backup, plus a super-insulated envelope that keeps it cozy even in February. Cantilevered deck over the water was an engineering headache but totally worth it.

Converting a historic distillery building meant working around massive limestone walls and century-old timber columns. We embraced all of it - exposed the stone, lit it dramatically, and created an open kitchen that's basically dinner theater. The acoustics were brutal at first but some strategic fabric panels fixed that.
